Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding payments to Omagic.ai and the availability of refunds. It is an integral part of our Terms of Use. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Payment Terms
1.1. All payments made to Omagic.ai are considered final, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable, including:
Subscription fees (monthly or annual)
One-time service charges and add-on costs
1.2. Omagic.ai may, at its sole discretion, offer discounts or sales on certain services or products. These are non-refundable, and no returns or exchanges will be allowed.
1.3. To be eligible for a refund, requests must meet the specific conditions outlined in this policy. Personal dissatisfaction with the service does not qualify as valid grounds for a refund. Payments made in error are also not covered under this policy, except as stated in Section 3.2.
2. Subscription Cancellation
2.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support at support@omagic.ai.
2.2. No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of your subscription period unless required by applicable law or explicitly stated in this policy. Your subscription fee covers access for the full billing period, and cancellation does not entitle you to a partial refund.
2.3. After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it will not renew.
2.4. Trial Periods & Consumer Protection: If you are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws (such as a 14-day cancellation period for EU consumers), you may be eligible for a full refund if you cancel within the required timeframe and have not used the service. Contact support@omagic.ai within the applicable period for assistance.
2.5. Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights that may apply under consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
3. Limited Refund Circumstances
3.1. Refunds are only considered under the following circumstances:
If an incorrect charge occurs due to a system error or duplicate payment, contact support@omagic.ai within 7 calendar days of the charge date. We will promptly investigate and resolve the issue.
If Omagic.ai fails to provide the services outlined in our Terms of Use, and such failure continues for 30 calendar days after you provide written notice, we may offer a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription (excluding cases of force majeure).
3.2. In cases of unauthorized or accidental transactions, users should contact support at support@omagic.ai within 7 calendar days for resolution.
4. Refund Process
4.1. To request a refund, you must provide a valid receipt or other acceptable proof of purchase. Failure to supply the required documentation may result in denial of the refund request.
4.2. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and issued exclusively via the original payment method used for the transaction.
