Magic is an AI-powered platform that helps you create stunning videos with 3D and special effects. Simply upload your content, choose a template, and watch as we transform it into a professional-looking video in minutes.

You can create a variety of videos with cool VFX effects - from floating 3D text to magical transformations. You bring the material and a template renders it: a photo, a video, a 3D model, or a short line of text such as a brand name or a slogan. Magic does not write or generate a video from a script, a story or a text prompt - it puts your own material into a ready-made scene. Perfect for social media content, business promotions, or personal projects.

Not at all! We've designed Magic to be super easy to use. Just pick a template you like, upload your content, and we'll do all the technical work for you. No editing skills are required.

On any paid plan, yes — you own the intellectual property rights to everything you create. On the Free plan, ownership stays with Magic.

It's super simple! Choose the template you like to start with, upload your image, video, 3D asset or enter text (depending on the template type), and click "Create". Your video will be ready in just a few minutes.

Most videos take just a few minutes to generate. The exact time depends on the template, but you'll see an estimated completion time when you start creating.

Currently, each video creation is final. If you want to make changes, you'll need to create a new video (using new credits). Pro tip: make sure you're happy with your uploaded content before hitting "Create"!

All your videos (both completed and processing) are in the "Library" section. They're ordered by the newest first, and you'll see the status of any videos still being created.

Free plan users get 720p resolution, while paid plans give you Full HD (1080p). Paid plans also remove the watermark from your videos.

Just upload your 3D model and after you will see a model preview window with a special marker pointing front side. Just rotate the model the way you want to see it in the video and click continue. Model will be placed exactly how you did it!

Yes - that's the "3D Product" tool in the sidebar. Upload photos of your object (a front view is required; adding left, back and right views makes the model better), and Magic builds a 3D model from them in a minute or two. It arrives in your Library as a .glb file you can download or drop straight into any template that takes a 3D asset. It's a paid-plan feature - not available on Free - and each model costs credits; the exact number depends on your plan.

Yes. Custom templates come with the Business subscription: tell us what you need and our team builds the template to your requirements - your product, your brand, your style. Once it's ready it works like any other template, so you can reuse it as often as you like. If you're on another plan, switch to Business to get started and our support team will take your brief from there.

If nothing in the catalog does what you're after - a specific scene, a branded product showcase, your own character or ambassador, a particular style - we can build it for you. Custom templates are part of the Business subscription: our team creates a template around exactly what you describe, and it then sits in your account for you to reuse. Switch to Business and our support team will help you scope it.

Just drop us a message on social media! We're always listening and adding requests to our production backlog. If enough people want the same thing, it will probably appear even sooner.

Easy! Go to your Account and find the "Change plan" button. Pick your plan, and you're good to go.

The paid plans differ mainly in how many credits you get each month — the higher the tier, the more you get. They all include Full HD, no watermark, and ownership of what you create. Our Business plan adds API access, higher rendering priority and more simultaneous renders. You'll find the current plans and prices on the pricing page in your account.

You get 30 credits when you first sign up. It's a one-off welcome grant, not a monthly allowance — at 15 credits per render that's about two videos. After that, pick a paid plan to get credits that renew every month.

Credit packs are available on paid plans: head to your Profile, tap Buy Credits, choose a pack and complete the checkout — your new credits appear like magic! On the Free plan there are no credit packs; pick a paid plan instead, and it comes with credits that renew every month.

Yep! When you upgrade, you only pay the difference between your current plan and the new one. No double charges, just a smooth upgrade.

We do! Affiliates earn up to 35% of what the customers they refer pay us, for up to 12 months. Apply from your Magic account at app.omagic.ai/affiliate. We review every application and set your terms when we approve it.
